LetSign is a product of HashResearch Lab and it (collectively "we", "us", and "ours") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy notice describes how HashResearch Lab processes personal data in its capacity as a controller (i.e. HashResearch Lab decides what personal data is collected and what it is used for) or processor (i.e. HashResearch Lab only processes the data as per the controller's instructions), as the case may be. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal data.

1. Sign Up

We may ask for certain information such as your first name, last name, email address when you register for a LetSign account. We may store the information you send through the service. We use this information to operate, maintain and provide you the best of our services.

2. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to measure the traffic, usage trends and your location for the service you have availed from us. These data collected may be used to improve the services you have availed from us.

3. Clear Gifs and Web Beacons

We and our third party advertising partners use technologies such as web beacons in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.

4. Account Information

HashResearch Lab cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the service. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps such as requesting a unique password to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.

5. Information Protection

You, the user is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and your account information or for controlling access to your email communications from us at all times. Your privacy might also be affected by linking your information to third party sites and also social media sites that you link to Cerfty’s website. In such a case HashResearch Lab will not be held responsible for the leak of such information.

6. Marketing communications

We may use your e-mail address, collected as part of collected data, to send our newsletters and marketing communications about our products and services. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can opt out by following the instructions contained in the emails you receive or by contacting us at support@certfy.co.

7. Legal Disclosure

HashResearch Lab will disclose your information where required to do so by law or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to enforce our terms of use or to protect the security or integrity of our service or to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of HashResearch Lab and our users.

8. Compromise of Information

In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, HashResearch Lab will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

9. Other Information

When a user or an end-user uses the services, we automatically receive and record certain information of such user. This information includes device model, IP address, the type of browser being used, usage pattern through cookies and browser settings, query logs and product usage logs. Collectively this information is referred to as “Other Information”.
